Terms of Use

Last updated: 3 July 2026. These terms govern your use of the Vessla app, operated by Ehsanti AB (“we”, “us”). By using the app you agree to them.

The service

Vessla lets you read your Tesla’s status and send commands (e.g. lock/unlock, climate, charging) using your voice or text. It requires your own Tesla account and a compatible vehicle, and depends on Tesla’s APIs and your vehicle’s connectivity, which we don’t control.

Eligibility & your responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 and authorised to control the vehicle you connect.
• Use the app lawfully and safely. Don’t operate the app while driving in a way that distracts you, and only send commands when it’s safe to do so.
• You’re responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

Subscriptions, trial & billing

• Vessla is a paid subscription: $9.99/month or $99.99/year, with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. Prices may vary by region; the current price is always shown in the app before you subscribe.
• Purchases are processed by the App Store or Google Play. Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation. The free trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends.
• Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store / Google Play account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable; refunds are handled by Apple/Google under their policies.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the service, attempt to access it in unauthorised ways, interfere with its operation, or use it to control a vehicle you’re not permitted to. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service or exceed fair-use limits.

Disclaimers

The app is provided “as is.” Commands depend on Tesla’s systems and your vehicle’s connectivity and may be delayed, fail, or be unavailable. Vessla is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, Tesla, Inc. Do not rely on the app for safety-critical purposes.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from delayed, failed, or unintended vehicle commands. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Termination

You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time (Menu → Account → Delete account). We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms; we’ll revise the date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your country.
